The validity period means the period in which units can be used once loaded onto the SIM card. Any unused units at the end of the validity period will expire and are non refundable.
The validity periods commence once balances have been successfully topped up using the Prepaid voucher. When a user tops up (reloads) minutes, the validity of the voucher units is added to any remaining validity on the SIM card at the moment of the top-with, with a maximum period of 24 months.
Suspension: Where a subscriber’s services are suspended (SIM card cannot pass traffic), the validity period of the remaining units continues meaning no extra validity time is granted for suspension of the SIM card.
