At verasatglobal.com , our main concern is to provide you affordable and reliable solutions for your satellite phone. We want your experience with us to be easy and comfortable.
Purchase guarantees: We guarantee the possibility of returns within 14 natural days from the moment of receipt of our purchase order. This period of time has been set to ensure the quality of the product and the correct completion of the order. All items must be returned intact and in their original condition. Any product/content/box physically damaged beyond its original condition and not resalable. This means that there must be no visible scratches or wear anywhere on the SIM card to be considered suitable for return. This is a procedure to ensure the legitimacy of all statements and prevent abuse of our customer-oriented structure. In case of force majeure as normally defined by jurisprudence, the rights and obligations of both parties are suspended.
ii. Verasat warrants that new Equipment delivered to customer will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year (365 days) from the date of delivery. All refurbished or used Equipment or accessories sold under these conditions will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. All repairs covered by this guarantee will be carried out at no cost to the customer.
iii. If the customer requests that a Verasat technician travel to the customer’s facilities to perform warranty services, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with the travel, including, among others, transportation costs, maintenance, etc. Verasat will provide a written estimate of the travel costs at the customer’s request
iv. The previous guarantee does not extend to Equipment that has been altered, incorrectly installed by third parties or that fails or is damaged after delivery due to accidents, force majeure, transport or maintenance, or due to storage, operation, use or maintenance of in a manner or environment contrary to the instructions of the manufacturer of the Equipment or the specifications provided by Verasat at the time of delivery to the customer
Warranty: Verasat Global provides the prepaid cards and services “as is” and makes no warranties either express or implied. Please remember that we are not the manufacturers of the product, we are a distributor of these products.
Condition: All items must be returned intact, unused, and in their original condition. There must be no visible scratches or wear on any part of the simcard to be considered for return, the sim card should be activated.
Not refundable items: Activated Sim cards are not refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Procedures: All return authorization requests should be submitted through our email contact. All returns are subject to an evaluation, every return is subject to strict verification on the basis of what was proclaimed in the initial request, study the reason of return and will give you the answer concerning your request of return. We strongly request that you certify all shipments and obtain a tracking number, as Verasat Global is not responsible for shipments previous to acceptance and arrival at our office.
Not refundable items: Activated Sim cards are not refundable.
General: SIM cards are subject to refusal in cases where the item was used, opened or refilled. Verasat Global is not liable for the inadequate usage or lack of service of any product for any reason not depending of Verasat Global. This return policy is defined for products distributed through Verasat Global.
